Basic Blackjack Strategy increases your chances of having a winning session by teaching you the best long term odds, those that increase your long term profitability and decrease the Casinos edge. You can either play Blackjack by feel and gut shots or you can learn Blackjack Basic Strategy and stick to it.

Basic Blackjack Strategy shows that if the Dealer has a 5 or 6 showing then they have a 42% chance of going Bust. So basically the Dealer will go Bust 4 out of every 10 hands when they are dealt a 5 or a 6. If you are still in the hand when the Dealer goes Bust then you will win the hand and the money.
